This program is exactly what I need at this point in my life. The location is super convenient. The staff are all so knowledgeable not o ly about the machines but about how the body responds to strength work. I’ve asked so many questions about the different muscle groups in the body and the answers have been so helpful in moving my body. And how can all this work in just 20 minutes, twice a week! I’ve done weight lifting before, but this is totally different and works so well!! I’m very thankful!!
Very efficient, effective program. Trainers are kind and clear in their instruction. I like that I can quantitatively see my progress on app from the day's workout. Gym is clean and well maintained. VERY HAPPY with this program and the Exercise Coach studio on Xerxes! Thanks Jake and Sara!

It is an extremely efficient way to stay healthy and strong. Twenty minutes can be squeezed in any where. After a year of consistent training, adding more protein and eating cleaner food, I lost 10 pounds, Increased muscle mass and lowered Blood pressure and cholesterol.
It is motivating as apposed to working out alone and at home. There are five sets for each workout - with timing. You watch the timing with the digital timers. They tend to up the amount of weights you are using when it gets easier. I've noticed that I am getting stronger because of the workouts.
What I love most are the coaches! No matter how I’m feeling when I walk in the door, I feel great when I walk out the door. And most of that good feeling is due to the kindness and support given by all the EC coaches.
