I enjoy the small group and others who are similar in age and ability. Love to see the progress I’m making in the moment (on the machine). AND, of course, it only being 20 minutes!

I like that the studio is calm, no competition or gawkers. The trainers are awesome. The workouts are challenging and change regularly. I love the trainers - Sarah, Jake and Lindsey. I recommend the studio to anyone who is interested in hearing about it.
This program is exactly what I need at this point in my life. The location is super convenient. The staff are all so knowledgeable not o ly about the machines but about how the body responds to strength work. I’ve asked so many questions about the different muscle groups in the body and the answers have been so helpful in moving my body. And how can all this work in just 20 minutes, twice a week! I’ve done weight lifting before, but this is totally different and works so well!! I’m very thankful!!
Very efficient, effective program. Trainers are kind and clear in their instruction. I like that I can quantitatively see my progress on app from the day's workout. Gym is clean and well maintained. VERY HAPPY with this program and the Exercise Coach studio on Xerxes! Thanks Jake and Sara!
