It's close to home, the trainers are friendly, and the 20-minute workout is ideal for someone (me) who hates the idea of weight training on my own, and needs the scheduled appointment, someone guiding me, immediate feedback on how I'm doing, and leaving with wobbly legs, knowing that in 20 minutes, I got a real workout.
Well, first the convenience! 20 minutes 2 times a week! What's not to like? We luckily live 5 minutes away so really have no excuse not to go! love the folks who work there! Staff never changes - that is a good sign of a healthy well-run business. They are well educated about the body and how the exercises work. and are very careful to have settings perfectly set for each of us. super efficient and enjoyable. And yes, it produces results. I've been going for about 3 or 4 years and even though we travel a lot and I don't usually make it 2 times a week, it still has changed my body. Keeps me fit so I don't get injured. And it's good for bone health. I'm in my early 70s and feel very fit.
The studio in my neighborhood is in a convenient location which allows me to visit during my workday breaks. The studio size is small enough that I feel that my training is conducted efficiently. The trainer group is top notch; providing me with a personalized plan and progress monitoring. Having a body composition conducted at the metabolic comeback challenge events have shown me significant changes in my data supporting the muscle building efforts and goals I have set for myself. All helpful tools.
The staff! They are so encouraging, knowledgeable and just so wonderful! I also love the program! In and out and I'm seeing results without being overly stiff or hurting. And it's in the neighborhood. No reason to not get there!
