I like everything about this studio: the couch is patient and gives instructions easily understood, the machines provide the right exercises for my 79-year-old body, it is clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
I love the energy of the staff! All of the Trainers are very positive and I never feel intimidated with how they push me during my sessions -meaning I don't feel like I am at bootcamp having someone yell at me. Haha! I also like how each session can be catered to how my body is feeling at that moment in time and the trainers will know my limits which is good.
I like that it's a challenging but short routine. Mykhal is very attentive about form and he's able to adapt the exercises when I'm having a physical problem (like a broken toe, etc.).
Everyone there is so professional, helpful and patience and I like that very much! Anything that you don't understand someone is there to assist or answer any questions.
My goal is to accomplish what I came for and that is to look great and feel great! Which i already do 😉
I love the personal training and trainers. Everything is organized and tracked, no guessing on my part, what exercises do I need to do. I totally look forward to my workout.
The coaches are excellent the facility is clean and well maintained. The owners are available and always willing to help. My husband and I absolutely love exercise coach.
The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and kind. The workouts are only 20 minutes and they truly work. I highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in improving their health.
Really love the program and the staff. Easy parking, freeway close location and only 20 minutes twice a week. I have only been going for two months and I feel stronger and more energetic! I have muscles!!
I like having appointment times so there’s a commitment to going. I like the friendly atmosphere created by all who work there. I like that group always starts on time. I like the noticable results and I feel stronger.
Love the one on one 20min. training geared to my particular needs. The short workout challenges me for just the right amount of time while allowing for adjustments depending on whatever is ailing me that day. The trainers are all great: knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating!
