Everything! The trainers are great. Management is amazing! I have gotten stronger and I love the machines. I can't say enough good things about there.

I like the personalized work out session. There are core exercises but the routine is adjusted based on your desired health outcome. And also based on your current fitness levels. Additionally the staff is very helpful and supportive to help you reach your goals.
There are so many things to like! The gym is small, so there aren't a million intimidating machines, free weights and people everywhere. The atmosphere is laid-back and super friendly, yet our individualized programs are so well organized, in 20 short minutes we feel like we've been training hard for an hour. The machines track our progress, so we can always see the results of each day's workout, where we started and where we are at the current moment. We like the text and email reminders, too. It's too easy with a regular gym to skip a day. Best of all, the trainers are wonderful--fully invested, always pushing us to excel. Shout outs to Mari, Jen, Devri, Michelle, Matt and Mollie for making this the best, and most productive, gym experience I've ever had!
The people! The friendliness and while I can’t say I ‘like’ the equipment - it works!! I’ve gained strength, lost weight and my cholesterol has gone down. Could I ask for more?
I like the personal attention from the coaches. They encourage me throughout my training. Even if it wasn’t a good workout- performance by me- they make you feel good about showing up and doing your best.

I like that it is user friendly, not crowded, and exceptional staff who somehow manage to keep gently pushing us to doing more.
Your concept is SO foreign to those of us who have put up with regular gyms.
I no longer dread coming in, as I know I will be met with smiling faces, knowledgeble staff and an amazing 20 minutes of working my body to improving to things I didn't know I could do.
