The leadership, the staff, the motivation, the collaboration, the accountability, and the community feeling all gives this studio a perfect score for me.
The trainers are organized and efficient, and strike the perfect balance between challenging and encouraging. Love the 20 minutes twice per week format.
Things I like about the Exercise Coach:
1. 20-minute workouts; who doesn't have time for this??
2. Coaches that challenge me to push myself; I need someone to make me accountable.
3. Great communication from Kim; interesting articles and "member wins" makes me feel like part of a family.
4. Exercise routines that are changed regularly to keep things from getting too "routine".
5. Education and offerings of nutritional value; supplements, recipes, and eating guidelines to help me reach my personal goals.
6. Studio hours that accommodate most peoples' schedules.
The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to work with each client. They give their full attention to the clients. They offer suggestions, modifications and positive comments about each effort made. They are eager to share your success and gains with others. I feel like they really care about me. I don't have any regrets about going. I feel that at my age Exercise Coach has helped me to continue to live a normal lifestyle without making major adaptations due to physical limitations.
The facility is clean and comfortable. It does not have a workout gym vibe at all, but the equipment is top notch and is always wiped down by the staff after use. The staff is motivating without being obnoxious and they are very knowledgeable about exercise, fitness and the program that they are running. The circuit I do changes each visit and their 20 minute workout challenges me more than my 1 hour workout at home. Convenience and effectiveness!
Friendly atmosphere, non-judgmental attitude, cognizant of my anatomical challenges. Contours a work out plan customized to my specific needs and goals. Welcomes me my name when I arrive and sends good wishes for my day when I depart.
