I really like the way your machines work. Your workouts seem to build your strength without over stressing your muscles. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And it’s fun! I leave there great tired but better.
I have been going to The Exercise Coach for three years. The coaches are all very caring, knowledgeable and encouraging. They set up a workout for my goals and abilities. I leave there feeling good and knowing that I am reaching my goals. I definitely recommend The Exercise Coach to everyone and I am so glad that I found it.

I have been a client for 10 plus years. I like the 20 minute one on one personal training format and the small studio atmosphere. The trainers are all top notch and are really invested in your health. I am working to increase my bone density and can tell my strength and endurance have improved over the years. They are the best!!
There are so many things to like about The Exercise Coach: the exercises and machines that push in the best ways, the atmosphere in the studio is always friendly and supportive and most of all, the coaches truly want us to try our hardest and be our best. The coaches are what make this studio so special.
We love the location and staff. My workouts never become boring and when I experienced an injury (not from my workouts), you were immediate to help identify changes to my workout as I recover and PT.

I really appreciate the manner in which Tom assists me in going the proper exercises to gain strength and flexibility. It is also nice that it is NOT a gym feeling but rather a small place to use the machines to gain strength.
