Love the trainers, so positive, professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Especially Cassandra and Jen:) Love that the concept is simple, highly efficient, short workouts, with good results.
The instructors are knowledgeable. They structure workouts based on your needs. And you get a complete workout in 20 minutes. They improved my strength and balance. I love it.
