I like the short exercise time. I like the various routines chosen. I like the personalities of the trainers. I like the atmosphere of the studio. I like the distance from my home. I like the small group sessions. I like the available parking. What's not to like?
I have enjoyed working out at the Villa Park location for the last two years. The trainers are very attentive and motivating . The work out may only be 20 minutes, but it is very challenging.
The machines really push you to get stronger. Coaches are good. Strength training is essential to maintain functionality. Wish I would have started years ago. More beneficial than dumbbells!
