The exercise supervisors are great and give helpful feedback to obtain better outcomes. My husband and I love how the machines upgrade the resistance so you can get a more challenging workout every time you do the exercises. I love that we are doing something to get healthier! I also love that the exercises are done within 15 mins! Very easy to fit into a busy schedule.
I like the personal coaching, the fact that something I hate to do only takes 20 minutes, and the way I can see that I am doing better (or not) since last time.
I like the way I can see my progress over time. I also love knowing that I am getting a well-rounded weight training/resistance workout. There isn't any planning needed - just show up and exercise! Most of all, I love the coaches!
