Everyone is so welcoming and greets you by name. My coach, Marina, is so knowledgeable that she pushes me just enough to keep me progressing. The one on one attention keeps me working, something that I wouldn't do on my own at my local gym. Also, the 20 minute twice a week schedule is perfect!
