I have been a client of The Exercise Coach for a little over six years. During that time, I have enjoyed the care and concern of the coaching staff as they gently push me towards my goal of a healthly lifestyle. I've had a few health bumps along the way and they have been very flexible, allowing me the time to recover and then get back on track.
I like the personalized coaching and knowing that someone is watching me to make sure I do the exercises correctly and do not hurt myself. I like having a commitment for a certain time that helps me stay on track.
The staff motivates me to continue in the strength seeking journey. I feel like I’m letting myself down if I would skip because a coach is waiting to keep me on track!
I like that the staff are friendly and flexible with exercises, depending on how you may feel that day. Being able to complete the exercises in 20 minutes makes it easier to stay consistent. Everyone’s very positive and encouraging.
