Effective , efficient workouts that maximize muscle strength. Coaches are very helpful determining right positioning and posture for each exercise.
Amazing workout in just 20 minutes.
I love the one on one as that keeps me motivated and accountable to put my best efforts in each time. I have had Lauren the most and she is amazing! Love her energy and encouragement! I’ve also had Korbin a couple of times and he is just as amazing and pushes me to my limits. Korbin is also the one I did my intro classes with and he was fantastic at answering all my questions. I have not had Katie or Mike yet, but I’m sure they are great too! :)
I love all the coaches. They all have their own way of making me sweat! I’ve been going for a couple years now and I am very happy with results. I am a grandma of 2 little boys, 3 & 5, and I can keep up with them. I will continue to keep Exercise Coach in my lifestyle regiment! I am 58 and want to “not break a hip” if I happen to fall!
What I like: great trainers, great approach, friendly staff and easy scheduling.
What I don’t like: confusing packages with lots of restrictions. High barrier to entry. You need a one trim starter pack that is around $500 and doesn’t have all kinds of restrictions like the time (group) or whether or not you can share the package. It’s a much more reasonable entry point for someone trying something new. Also, you have nothing to loose by letting a new client share a package, even with a non family member, everyone sticks with workouts longer when they have a buddy, so they will introduce someone new. And if two people share one apt and it only takes 20 min of your trainers time it’s silly that they have to pay the same price as for their own solo apt. Because the cost to you is not as high. You should try a more generous and welcoming approach to your plans, rather then all these limits that seems very arbitrary and overly specific.
Tailored to me. My age and my abilities. They know what I can do and how and when to push me. Cost for continuing customers could be a schooch better, but other than that, I’ll keep renewing.
Love the impact that 20 minutes twice a week can make. Appreciate the way the protocols being mixed up can keep it fresh not to mention what is done outside of the machines.
