I like the West Bloomfield MI Knowledgeable, friendly team of trainers who teach, guide and inspire you to exceed your goals and create new ones with each visit. I feel like I'm always moving forward, increasing my strength, replacing fat with muscle and creating a new leaner me. I don't have plateaus because the workout is always changing to exercise different muscles and which keeps each visit interesting.
