Hi its [NAME REMOVED]--I am really happy with the exercise coach however for me- it could be a bit longer of a workout-also I really like working with the same coach ( that being Kate ) because she has the best understanding of my needs! Also I like when she actually positions and touches my elbow, shoulder knee etc..while exercising because it truly helps my form and i am more confident that I will not get hurt this way. hope this info helps- see you tomorrow! thanks
I love the fact that it only takes 20 minutes twice a week for a full work out that gives results! I like that the trainers are knowledgeable and customize my exercises to my wants and needs. I have been working out at The Exercise Coach for over a year and I am very pleased with the results! I have lost weight and body fat, gained muscle and for the first time in many, many years, my BMI is in the normal range! This program is the only one that has worked for me and I plan on sticking with it!!
