Getting in a concentrated 20 minute workout is something I can always fit into my schedule. The flexiblity of the session times makes it easy to fit into my always changing schedule.
The Coaches are excellent and always encouraging and challenging me. The few times that I have had some limitation on what I can/cannot do, they are quick to adjust the exercise to ensure I still get a great workout while also be mindful of a physical limitation.
The best part....I can physically see the change in my body and the electronic display on the machines gives me real data to inspire me to continue making progress. I actually enjoy working out now!
