The exercise coach is very knowledgeable. He is good working with older people, who have aches and pains, joint problems and/or replacements. I used to exercise a lot and after two knee replacements and one hip replacement, I was hesitant to go to a gym without having a trainer, who could make sure whatever exercise I do would not harm me. Twenty minutes is a short time and goes very fast. I always feel like I received a great workout and am physically exhausted after the twenty minutes. However, my recovery time is quick, so I never worry that I am overextending myself. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach and this location for people who want to work out efficiently and effectively.

I think The Exercise Coach is the best kept secret in Little Rock, Arkansas. David brings a level of knowledge and professionalism to the studio. He keeps the studio clean, well maintained and well managed. You could not ask for a better person to run this office. I personally have seen huge gains with less time in the gym through David’s expertise.

It is low impact and easy on the body for people trying to stay stable and fit. David is a very knowledgeable athlete and trainer.\ that doesn't push you beyond what you should be doing. The environment is always clean and bright and inviting. All in all, a revival for body and spirit.

I like that it only takes about 20 minutes to work out. I’ve actually stuck with this for the past two years and that’s saying a lot for me cause I usually don’t stick with working out. David is a great guy and a good trainer..

As an early morning petson who is employed, this gym works for me. I can get a fullbody workout in 30.minutes. then I'm out of the doors for home to prep for work. The small intimate space is well equipped, and the onwer trainer is always available to help. I highly recommend.

The strength and resistance training at The Exercise Coach Little Rock has made a huge difference in my life and health. The exercise has built up my muscle tone and improved my metabolism. I have lost 90# over a couple of years and maintained the weight loss in the last 2 years. David Johnson is encouraging and modifies the exercise routines based on my needs; he always works to help me improve my abilities. He is knowledgeable and can always tell me what to do to work on my goals. He enriches my routines with some floor exercises. The Exercise Coach is an investment in my health and longevity.
