I am thrilled that I can actually build/maintain muscle while working out only 2 times per week for 20 minutes. Even at 70, I can easily commit to that. I have been a regular for a couple of years, and hope to be able to continue for a long time.
The Exercise Coach has been an amazing experience for me! The resistance training is efficient and effective, and I always leave feeling stronger and accomplished. The trainers are fantastic they care and want to see me succeed. The personalized attention and encouragement make such a difference. I honestly wish I had discovered you years ago!

It worked perfect for my schedule. If I need to change dates or times I can always do it. They are great in helping me to get the most out of the exercise. They are great.
