Personal attention: Checking my form, changing up routine to adapt to my capacity/ability. I do better with someone knowledgeable being present to encourage me. I like the ability to obtain a good strengthening workout in 20 minutes, then have the option to get in some cardio on the Carol bike.
The coaches are great, the workouts are tailored to each person and even to each day's workout, the equipment is great and fun to use and monitor progress, the small intimate studio is less intimidating than a large gym, etc.!
The people are the best! They motivate me to keep coming back. I go consistently 3x/week. I’ve never had a place I really liked. This is different and I attribute most of it to the staff, especially Nicole, Teo, Dez and Brian. Others are good too.
Coaches are very knowledgeable and personal. Training has been excellent. I also go for physical therapy with Kervins and I have had noticeable results. I tell everyone know about the great experience.
The exercise is effective; the trainers are very personable; and they have been able to be flexible when I needed to change schedules at different times.
Staff is great! Cheering you on constantly, overall friendly environment.
