The Westchase location is easy to get in & out of. The studio is clean & well lit & the equipment is well maintained. But the STAFF? My 85 year old Mother and I just adore them. Their attention to detail & making sure that we are, not only performing the exercises correctly, but recieving the one on one coaching & warm encouragement that motivates us to keep coming back & working harder to improve our health is above & beyond! Quick workouts tailored to my level. I’ve never liked traditional gyms—too many machines that I don’t know how to use them and too many people—but The Exercise Coach makes everything simple, guided, and comfortable. It’s the first time I’ve actually enjoyed working out.

I’ve never been a fan of traditional gyms and don’t have much time to spare, so this program has been a game-changer for me. Two short 20-minute, one-on-one weight training sessions each week—quick, efficient, and incredibly effective.
I’m in my 50s, and since starting, my muscle mass has noticeably increased, and I feel fantastic. The coaches are all approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They make the experience stress-free and enjoyable.
If you’re busy, dislike the typical gym scene, or just want results without spending hours working out, I highly recommend this!
