I like the coaches. They are very knowledgeable and take it seriously. They are very well trained and appear to enjoy the coaching. The whole concept is fabulous. I am older and strength training is very important as a woman who has osteoporosis.
Keep to strict schedule; enthusiastic encouragement from coaches while working out; very convenient location for me…no excuses not to go!
Hoping the twice weekly 20-min sessions produce improved strength.
Maybe an increase in cardio exercises would be beneficial later.
