I love that it is so small, and it's nice getting to know the trainers, who are always friendly and professional, as I work on building my strength. The fact that the workouts are so short and efficient keeps me coming back!

I like the encouragement and guidance from the upbeat and personable trainers, the scheduled 20 min. sessions, the intro of new exercises and varied workouts, the cleanliness and temperature of the facility, the close proximity to my home, AND how I feel after the workout! I am still new to the program but feel like I am already getting positive results. I have already recommended Exercise Coach to several people.
I like the professional staff at the Zionsville studio. They know what they are doing - and go about their work in a positive manner. They know your name and take a sincere interest in you as an EC coach.
It’s small enough you don’t get overwhelmed. Staff is friendly and supportive. I feel they are genuinely invested in helping me achieve my goal of getting healthier.
I love the workouts. They’re efficient. They’re fast but they’re also effective. But more than anything I love how all of the staff treats people. Each coach treats everyone as individuals and is important humans not just a random person that’s coming into work out.
