I continue to be so impressed by our teachers. This is our second year with Krishna, and she’s truly wonderful — caring, smart, and such a great teacher. The school is lucky to have her. I’m also very happy with our infant teachers, Iesha and Crystal — it’s been great to have consistency, and our daughter is thriving. I’m relieved and excited to see Shanti back as Executive Director. It’s felt like a revolving door the past few years, but things already seem to be running smoothly under her leadership. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both the teachers and families — the school already feels more grounded and connected with her back. I’m also glad to see the addition of an Assistant Director, especially with someone internal and so deserving (we love Keishla!). My only hope is that Krishna continues to get the support she needs to keep the pre-K class running as smoothly as it does today.

We are devastated to be leaving the Gardner School as we move to the suburbs. This place has been like family to us and both of our boys over the past several years. It is such a wonderful community with deeply invested teachers who have made a lasting impression on our family. We were so lucky to have our kids attend Gardner from 4 months thru to the 2's classroom. Our kids are known to what feels like every single member of the staff - even teachers of other classrooms know their names and their personalities. I not only had piece of mind sending our kids to school everyday knowing they were safe and happy, but excited for them as they raced to see their teachers and friends. They are constantly learning and coming up with new curriculums that have blown us away. Thank you for everything!!

We feel so lucky to have been placed in Jocelyn’s classroom. She cares so deeply about each child and is knowledgeable about baby development and transitions. We are first time parents and would be lost without her!

Loved the in-room teachers! Both the main heads as well as the floaters were so kinda, thoughtful and helpful with our son! While so hard to leave your child with someone else, it was great to see the pictures every day, the different engagement games done with the kids made me feel so much better about leaving my child :)

The teachers - we had especially great experiences with Yalixa, Mariela, Jamie, and Kirsten - were incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and full of energy. I also found that there was good communication about school activities, and that the operations were professional and consistent. Alberta always seemed happy being dropped off, which was reassuring for us. I also found the enrichments to be a nice perk that Alberta enjoyed, at a reasonable cost. The gymnastics and music teachers were great! Overall, we found the teachers and staff to be really welcoming and supportive of our daughter.

My kiddos are doing so much better after a few months, and we are all loving our new daycare. While the transition was harder than I anticipated, I am so glad we made the switch to Gardner. There is clear, effective, and consistent communication. We love the structure Gardner provides and the mix of play/education we were hoping for at this early age. Our kids are loving the summer activities as well, and our son couldn't wait for his first water day today! Thank you for your patience with us during the transition!

The staff are super friendly, teachers are communicative throughout the day with info and photos, and we love the indoor playscape for when weather isn’t nice enough for the park.
