Jessica Nix and her staff have a culture of listening and responding. As our 3rd Executive Director in 4 years, Jessica has made us finally feel heard. We appreciate that her leaders are empowering her to respond to parent concerns, something that wasn’t happening as recently as a year or two ago undue the previous director and corporate leadership in Nashville. We’ve now enrolled our second child at TGS and helped encourage our neighbors to join, as well. We love the development we see in our oldest child (at TGS since their infant room) and the wonderful preparation she’s getting to excel next year in kindergarten.

The school has amazing teachers who are loving and caring. The baby teachers love the babies and communicate with the parents. Toddler teachers help teach transitional phases of baby to preschool, while being patient with this challenging age group. The preschool teachers are fun yet educational. The pre kindergarten teachers and firm yet gentle and prepare their students for kindergarten. Ms. Shannon is an amazing teacher who has bring extremely loving and kind to my child but adds a firm approach to her classroom. She has stuck out the classroom while 2 teachers have gone through the kindergarten room. My daughter loves the Gardner school ant the staff. Dima is gentle and understanding. Vanessa sets high expectations and helps her toddler excel. Rakia is hilarious with the kinds bringing joy to the classroom. Tamyra is motherly and amazing in her classroom.

The school is much more of a family environment and communication is prompt and transparent since Jessica took over. We’ve really enjoyed her leadership and jovial demeanor daily. Keep her here please!!!

We are very happy with the direction of the school at this time. Jessica and Ashley have shown great leadership up front, and the teaching staff has evolved to be great. There were some questionable staff members when we first joined. Teachers were not always friendly and spent most of the day on ipads. That has changed. We are greeted by the teachers when we see them in the hallways. Our kids are shown compassion when they are having a rough drop off. The school has much improved from two years ago. One change I would continue to work towards is the food. I am willing to pay more for healthier snacks. I'm not thrilled with some of the chips and processed foods that I see, but I can be picky about food. The safety and care of my children is always paramount and TGS has that covered. This is just a small improvement that can be made. Thanks for all the hard work. I believe TGS - Dublin is the best daycare/school in the area.

We love Gardner! The director, teachers and staff are all so caring and put the kids first. We love how enriching the day is and that the kids spend a good portion of time outside or in the green too. We definitely feel like our little ones are academically ahead for their age. We really like that the littles rooms have smaller class sizes. And we love all the pictures we get! We’d love to know more about the extra curriculars-even just a quick update on what they did that day so we can also work at home with them on those skills.

The Gardner school is so kind to my daughter. All the teachers know each other's kids! They always say hi to each other's kids. The front office always is sweet and pass out sticks to kids who ask. They educate and care alot.

We are happy with our experience at the school! We hope the school continues on a positive track that it is currently on as we want to see it succeed even after our children have graduated! We love the teachers and we hope that upper management understands how important it is to continue to treat all the teachers with respect and pay them fairly. They work incredibly hard for us and our kids and take wonderful care of them while we go to work. We hope that bonuses and pay raises are incorporated semi annually/annually to incentivize the good ones to stay.

I like the administration. Ashley & Jessica do a great job communicating and I feel they are organized and Jessica brought leadership to her role, not just management. I also think the infant class teachers are amazing. I would shout from the rooftops how comfortable Hailey & Jade make me feel in dropping off my baby each day and since day one.

Most liked: Thank you for keeping our kid safe and making learning fun. Keep doing more of that. Opportunities: Please continue exploring food options that are age appropriate for simple palates (sauce on the side). Can more be built in to lesson plans and training to help the big kids with their big feelings? Could lessons be built in to teach the kids about recycling?

The teachers are kind and loving to the children and really go out of their way to communicate with parents. The curriculum is very good and my daughter is loving to learn which is wonderful to see in her. I would recommend the Gardner School in a heartbeat!

There has been a 180 degree turn in the types of teachers that work here. They are mostly friendly. They acknowledge the kids when they come in the room. They do not sit on their ipads and phones all day. This was not the case a year ago, so thank you. These were all the changes we needed to see in order to stay. It is 100% the people that matter here. Everything else is far behind in second when it comes to our kids. We trust that they are in caring and safe hands now. Thank you!
