We've sent three kids to Gardner - all three LOVED their experience. They came home happy every day. The two that have graduated so far were so, so prepared for Kindergarten, both acedemically and socially. We are very lucky have found such a great place for our kids.

We have been attending The Gardner School in Edina for 5 years. Our eldest just graduated and started kindergarten last week - she was so well prepared for school thanks to the amazing teachers at The Gardner School! Our youngest just started preschool there and we are so excited for her to continue on. We have had an amazing experience.

We have loved our experience at Gardner. From the teachers, to administrators, to extracurricular leaders, and chefs we know our children are being cared for and stimulated everyday. It is such a wonderful community and the lack of turnover speaks volumes of Corrie’s leadership.

It would be nice to feel less like a "number."For example, if my daughter is sick or absent - the teacher should check in or the office staff at a minimum. There is no excuse not to do this. The teachers are so hardworking but often times seems over worked. Front desk staff at our school has a particularly cold presence.

I loved how involved not only the teachers were but the whole staff with my daughter. They all seemed to know her. They were very honest in any feedback I asked for. They also showed genuine concern for her health whenever she was sick.

There are so many things we love about The Gardner. The teachers are incredibly supportive and always make our kids feel seen and cared for. You can truly feel the love and dedication from the entire staff, it's clear they treat each child like their own. The warmth the teachers show every day creates such a comforting environment. We also really appreciate the thoughtful extracurricular activities they offer, and how they always take time to listen to parents and actually follow through on any concerns. Most of all, we feel our kids are safe, happy, and thriving there.

We have nothing but positive things to say about TGS Edina! The way all the staff loved and cared for our kids was so comforting. From the teachers to the administration, everyone was so wonderful. TGS Edina is such a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done for both of our kids!

The Gardner School was a wonderful experience for our family. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and communicative. We especially enjoyed the app and the ability to easily communicate and follow along on our kids’ days. Miss Amber was such an amazing teacher and so good to both of our kids. We like the teachers and that there is for the most part, great retention which provides consistency for my children. We like the programming and there are consistently fun activities in addition to the educational aspects of the school. My children have close relationships with the teachers and staff and happy at school which is very important to me.

All three of our kids attended the Gardner of Edina for preschool, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. We feel that the teachers have all been incredibly loving, attentive, and genuinely care about our kids. Our kiddos have thrived here—socially, emotionally, and academically—thanks to the nurturing environment and thoughtful approach to learning. The school does a great job helping children learn how to be kind, respectful, and caring toward one another. That emphasis on social and emotional development was just as important to us as the academic piece, and it really shows in the way the kids in their grade interact. The administration is wonderful—so supportive, warm, and clearly invested in the happiness and well-being of every child. Communication is open and helpful, and the entire team creates a welcoming, positive atmosphere. Our kids have also done music, soccer and yoga as extracurriculars and they’ve been wonderful! And the food! The chefs prepare fresh, healthy meals daily and are so thoughtful about accommodating dietary restrictions which our kids have and we have truly appreciated. It’s just one more way the school goes above and beyond. We feel incredibly lucky to have been part of this community. It’s a special place where kids are truly seen, loved, and encouraged to grow in every way. -Sangita & Joe

Everything is great - even though my child is in the infant classroom, I feel like everyone knows their name. All the staff are great at communicating throughout the day what is going on and are very honest with any feedback. There seems to be a variety of activities & food available for them to try as well.
