It is truly a step above. The grounds the apartment the clubhouse is just awesome. I can’t imagine living anywhere more comfortable or quiet with beautiful scenery surrounding the property. And the professionalism of the staff is just great

The Hammocks of Canandaigua is a great place to live. We've lived here 4 years and have found every member of the staff to be helpful, professional and friendly. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained, and whenever we've asked for assistance, they've been very responsive in fixing the problem.

People and animals are considerate of eachPeple acknowledge each without noise. Animals do not bother any one Always leashed and kept to themselves. Have never heard any barking Parking is never a problem, plenty Premises are quiet. Might hear a radio or TV very early in the morning. Snow removal is always cleared and salted. You can’t even smoke in your own car or outside, you only rent to nosey, grouchy old people, the walls are a hideous brown beige color (never choose this paint color again), and the facilities and buildings are crappy for the insanely high price.

Everyone is friendly. They help their meighbors as needed. The pool is a wounderful place.Good lifeguards keep a good eye on everyone especially for the kids. Staff is friendly and helpful when you need them.
