The property is very well maintained and clean and neat. The property managers are great, they keep you informed as to what is going on in our community. the maintenance orders are completed quickly and on time . They make all residents feel welcome and part of the community. We feel really included and comfortable.

The Hammocks is a very Safe and Carefree place to live. The Management Team lives here on the property, so if anything is needed, they are right here to help. Mike and Angel are great people. The entire property is very well taken care of. There are several new amenities offered, from the new gym, dog park, fire pit, to the inground pool. To me this is the BEST place to live in Geneseo New York

I love this community and my apartment is beautiful. Management does a good job here as well. The only reason I would hesitate to recommend The Hammocks potentially is use of Tru Green services on the property. These services are toxic to both humans and dogs, and labeled as a probably carcinogen. I dread the Tru Green services all summer as it makes being outdoors difficult.

Everything, grounds are beautiful, the staff is professional and friendly; the Manager keeps all of us up to date on what's going on. Personally, I have no complaints; it was a wonderful move for me to come to the Hammocks, Geneseo.

The Hammocks is a lovely community with friendly people. Angel, Mike and Kathryn are very helpful if there are any problems. Everything is so convenient here with Wegmans and Walmart just a stones through away.

I’m very happy here, & if quiet is what you’re looking for, this is the place. My patio faces Volunteer Rd., & I never hear anything from traffic. So many amenities it’s hard to list them all. Something for everyone’s interest. Everything is close by also. If you want restaurants, stores, TJMax, Wegmans, Aldi’s everything is 5 minutes away.

We love our villa (very modern and pristine). We love the amenities - pool, fitness center, dog park, car wash station, community center, clubhouse and picnic area! We also love the location. We are able to walk all the way into the village from our place. We also love the staff here. They are very friendly and always accessible!
