The Leasing Office Staff is very responsive to general requests, friendly, and very professional. They are also well organized. The common grounds are well taken care of, particularly this difficult Winter. Hammocks' Maintenance Staff is top notch! Carol Alexander

People are friendly and the surrounding areas are peaceful. The complex is taken care of by the maintenance staff and the repair times are reasonably quick. The floor plans of our apartment is really great!

I enjoy watching the birds come to the feeders we put out plus watching the people with their dogs out for a walk. Everyone is friendly. Like the security we have to get into our place. Plus the location is perfect to other places.

Safe, quiet…all ages …love the students. Apartment perfect for one person. Staff very nice, informative, helpful. Maintenance men awesome. Hope they didn’t leave haven’t seen them in a while, Marissa and Casidy eager to help…great communicators via email and fliers at the door. Quick responses to calls, requests and questions.

Friendly, welcoming, and caring. The staff here never brushes me off. They do an amazing job keeping the roads clear. And they communicate maintenance dates, community events, and other major updates very well.

This is a very nice place to live. Everyone is friendly and helpful. One problem is the parking situation. I understand first come first served but they could learn how to park better then they do!Have no other concern to address now.. Have a good day.
