The Hammocks is a wonderful place to live! The maintenance is top notch. They are very responsive to any requests and they keep up on regular maintenance, like keeping things clean in common areas. The office staff is great too. Always helpful when you have a question or request.

I like the overall appearance of the buildings, the apartments and the ground with all the trees and flowers, all well maintained. I like the pool and the attached fitness center. I like the friendly staff and maintenance people, always helpful when needed One area that could be improved is the refuse facility. It seems to me that with the additional buildings and the increasing volume of mail order services, the refuse containers for 'recycle' materials is under-sized. The regular garbage is very well handled now that we have an automatic compactor system.

My building is new, very clean, very quite. You have everything in your apartment, including washer and dryer. The rental personnel is very efficient, and helpful. The community is safe, located in very nice neighborhood. I can not wait for the spring and summer, in order to see the mature trees to life, to be all green and beautiful!

1) limit dogs to apartment to only ONE 2) Seed bumps are too high. 3) front of garages should be snow blown when the side walks are, all the way up to the garage door. 4). Keep the mail box area and garbage area clear from the ice and snow

I feel safe. Respectful neighbors. All ages. Some super friendly. Some so so. That’s life. Never have to call a plumber, electrician heating or a/c company. Free cable. Super nice office people. Great maintenance people. Appliances replaced free. Nice gathering events. Pool, library and hospitality room.

I really love the community here at the Hammocks! The staff are Amazing! Grounds are beautifully maintained and the Management goes the extra mile if you're in need of any help! It warmed our hearts (my husbandand I) when they dug our car out so he could go to work. We are new to Pennsylvania and the Hammocks make us feel welcome! I honestly thought that I would not like it here, boy was I wrong, (we always buy a house when we move) I love being wrong about this. The apartments are as beautiful on the inside as the outside. First and foremost I feel safe. I love having a porch to enjoy the outdoors. It's pet friendly and everyone cleans up. 🥳 I have plenty of space in my apartment which is now home.

The variety of residence - medical students, young families, old folks like me, etc. The friendliness of the staff! The proximity to shopping and the beach. The safety aspect. All these make the Hammocks the most desired location in Erie!

Friendly, quiet, feel safe, apartment appointed well with up to date appliances in kitchen…stacked washer and dryer in separate utility room. Good size living room, bedroom and bathroom. Well located to shops interstates, Management staff and building staff friendly and helpful.
