The Hammocks takes great care in maintaining the property. The flower beds are beautifully maintained and snow is removed in a timely manner. Plus maintenance requests are usually completed the same day. The office employees are friendly and always available if problem arises.

I have no issues with the office staff or maintenance. They are very nice and the 2 holiday parties each year are very enjoyable. I surely would inform interested renters of the pluses. But there are some negatives. the Windows for one. I'm not alone in saying they are drafty and make it necessary to raise your heat temperature. That then raises the heating bill. Curious to know how old the furnaces are? When mine comes on. It blows literally COLD air for over a minute, and if you are seated under one of those vents. it's not pleasant. I've been suggested by other renters to closed vents, but they are painted, so no longer moveable, and surely i would be doing damage to the ceiling if I tried to force them closed, or even if i replaced them with new vents. There are no sidewalks for anyone who enjoys walking, or taking their dogs out for exercise. A walk path in the area across from the pond. A Possible thought? Parking is an issue for people who have no garage. Single people are up against others where an apartment has a couple, and most likely 2 vehicles and then takes up 2 spaces. Orchard Park seems to be in the snow belt area. More frequent plowing each winter would be appreciated. Some of them Things that i mentioned are certainly faults with the initial design of the property from a number of years ago. The new siding and pillars might have been needed. The better windows might need some future thought. Thank you.
