I like a lot, as you read on tho' you will see my other thoughts. As a senior. 80 years old. i do love the Crossroads Plaza being so close and having a nice mix of places to shop, eat & conduct bizness. I do like the look of the complex. very attractive. I enjoy meeting the variety of pets. as much as i would like one. the no return fee and monthly charge. is too costly for me. :( Neighbors have become friends. The 2 Seasonal parties have been extremely nice. :) Wish there were sidewalks for walking on and wider streets. I have a garage, but I inch out to the street bc the vehicles next to me are large. making it difficult to see. I hear that from other people too. who only have parking spaces. they tho very often have VANS parked next to them. Maintenance have been quick to act. Also, The gals in the office are nice to talk to. I have a fellow apartment friend who has rented for over 10 years. She moved into an apartment where her carpet wasn't new and it still remains the same carpet from when she moved in. and that includes the painting. altho her rent goes up. The increase rent amounts have been erratic. different every year, but increased every year. Wish we had recycling. I do like the air for tires and the vacuum for our cars. A lot of exterior work has been done. people tho wish maybe upgrades inside would be nice instead. Windows are drafty. I know that from hearing it from other people too. The heating, ( furnace) is pretty bad.. To start. it blows in very cold air. then the heat when on, is not even. Even tho my temp sez 73. Possibly these heating units are from original construction of the complex. I appreciate the snow plowing. BUT when my garage area is done it is not dragged back from the garage door, but instead. very HIGH , ( depending on the snow fall. which in our area is often & and a lot), large mounds, up to 2 ft. are left across the whole front of the door. which when you are 80 that becomes a challenge to shovel and get my car out. So as you can see I do like where i picked to live. and i would encourage the good things to any new possible renter, but I would also be honest. Sincerely,

Is a good place to live temporarily Safe and clean, especially good that smoking not allowed on premises. Just wish there was a more economic option to go month-to-month after the first year, for those of us here looking to buy houses.

The Hammocks is centrally located, Tops and Lowes near by and many specialty stores. The residents are very friendly and the pool is a gathering place for social interaction. The management does an excellent job for a l ll. I love it here!
