People living here are friendly. I love the ethnic diversity and large range of different age groups. The location is ideal to get on the major roads, buy groceries and arrive at health facilities. The pool, gym and community center are so nice to use. I enjoy seeing people walking the mile asphalt driveway. Love the green spaces. Lenny is a great one man maintenance show. Very efficient and timely. Management staff is very helpful.

Gina and the entire management team does a super job of communicating everything about our new neighborhood to us. We love the family feeling at The Hammocks, the community, the 'all ages' of the residence, and the upkeep on the property. Well, perhaps the gardening could use a bit of attention (rock-scape is bare in places) and shrubs / flowers may need some attention. But, that is not important compared to the family like feeling of living here. We love it.

Well kept grounds, maintenance department always available and professional. The office staff is always available and makes sure the buildings are well maintained. Our office manager really cares about The Hammocks property and residence.I would highly recommend living here.
