I stopped by looking for a saddle due to being uncomfortable during long rides and Will helped me. He was knowledgeable and professional. He suggested some saddles and explain the differences between them. Offered to install it, I had my gear and took it for a spin and we made some final adjustments. I took it for a short 14 mile spin afterward and everything felt good. Would highly recommend visiting The Hub if in the area.

Great experience taking my 20+ year old trek to get a service. They did a great job of cleaning it up and replacing worn components, all for a very reasonable price. They kept me in the loop on price and what services they thought necessary before doing them, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted and what they thought I needed. Highly recommend this shop!

Atmosphere and layout is very relaxed . Sarah was our original sales person who directed us to the purchase of my bike . She was very nice and patient. We got to meet and talk with Brian who is probably manager and maybe the owner and has an extremely positive persona and knowledge of biking .

Brian and everyone else at Hub Bicycles are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted and ensure our bikes would arrive in time for an upcoming trip. They made sure we had everything we needed and understood their service policy and the warranties for each product. Choosing them to help find our bikes was absolutely the right decision!

My son was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and willingness to help with a bike bought elsewhere, but gave him full attention. He had a bicycle stolen similar to his new one and was finally able to afford to buy a replacement. Now he has a new hobby and wants me to go along with him on the trails. He even took my bike in for service to make sure it is operating safely. Great going gang!!!
