The Hub Bicycles staff members were courteous, professional, and responsive. I took my wife’s bicycle in to replace old inner tubes. I expected the replacement to take 4-5 days or a week. Jim said that he thought they could work the job into what they had going on that day. They texted back within two hours to say that the work was done and the bike was ready! Very few companies offer or are able to accomplish same day work orders, no matter what business it is! I will use Hub Bicycles again and would it would be silly not to use them again. They provide good service with a smile.
