I am impressed with the high level of professionalism on the part of those spoken to on the phone and those who gave the estimate and removed what needed to go. The men who removed books and other items were efficient and gracious, delightful to work with. The cost was lower than the estimate even though I added items to the original request. I have already told three other potential customers about my experience.

One of the men kept commenting on the size of my house. We have a movie room and he made himself quiet comfortable by telling me what seat he would sit in and inspecting the seats. He very loudly told the other lugger how see one side of Teaneck the homes are small and not nice and see like this side and this house is much wealthier side. This whole situation was uncomfortable and innapropriate. Which led me to hesitate using you again.
