From the moment you walk in the door The Kind employees are helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Both at drop off and pick up the guys offered to load and unload bikes in to and out of my car. They were receptive to the work I wanted done and respected the amount I wanted to spend on fixing up our bikes. I would highly reccomend!

Wyatt did a great job with my bike. He was very helpful and certainly knew what he was doing. What I don't like: I had no idea when I bought my e-bike that there were 3 levels of bikes. In fact, I wasn't in the market for an e-bike. When asked, I said I wanted to ride around my neighborhood and I wanted to ride on the bike paths. Turns out that my bike is a level 3 and is illegal on the bike paths where I do 90% of my riding. You had a newsletter that talked about level 1 and 2 bikes on the bike paths so it wouldn't be any news to you. I guess you just wanted to make a sale. I hope there are no bike path police in the future.

Everyone is so knowledgeable about their products. Purchased a couple of mountain bikes at the shop, including an e-mountain bike recently and they do an excellent job explaining everything and fitting you. Highly recommend the shop for purchases instruction and extra gear.

Love the team at the Kind! Brought my bike in with a potential issue. Team sorted the matter out right away, called me with options, quickly followed through on our decision, and contacted me so I could pick up my bike! Great service! Also, the new store layout is fabulous! If you haven't seen it, you must visit. The front of the house is a bit more spread out and makes for a comfortable shopping experience. The new back of the house with the work shop is a great addition! Congrats to all at the Kind for keeping a good thing rolling!
