The Kind’s Team - every person I’ve worked with over the many years I’ve lived in Edwards - is kings, helpful, engaged with the customers. A lot of shops love the side bar bike bro conversations that leave customers waiting, and I’ve never experienced that, there’s always a person who greet me and engages almost as soon as I walk through the door. Service team is excellent about that explaining the work that needs to be done and it’s always quality work product. Thank you all for keeping me and my family on the trails!!

The Kind is an amazing shop and we are fortunate to have them in our community! The recent expansion of the shop makes the front of the house much more comfortable and organized and easy to shop and browse. The back of the shop where the team works on repairs etc is always a beehive of activity. But the greatest asset of the Kind is its people! With Taylor leading the front of the house team and Jordan managing the back of the house, we receive amazing service every time we visit…which is often! Two examples - first we rented some bikes earlier this summer when we had international visitors in town. Our guests were astounded at the service of the team in getting our rentals properly sized and fitted. Secondly, I’ve been in numerous times this season for flat tire repairs and other issues. Service is always quick, reasonably priced and the communications are always great! Thanks for all you do!
