As a local I love the involvement that the kind has in the community. Particularly sponsoring the vail health bike team and helping out team members with bike service. It makes me more likely to bring my bike there for service and buy products there, as well as recommend it to others.

The guys are really knowledgeable. When we had a misunderstanding on our work order it was taken care of right away. It’s the place to go for skis, biking and service.

Wyatt and Bob in the service department saved the day for my son. We needed same day service for a flat while passing through town. They were able to help us despite being busy and it being the end of the day, but more importantly, they identified a major safety issue and immediately repaired it. Thanks to them, my son was able to ride the next day, and more importantly, do it safely. All the while they were incredibly friendly, helpful and passed on many bike repair and maintenance tips. Our experience couldn't have been better.
