The teachers are amazing! They do an incredible job modeling both the physical aspect of the gymnastics, but also good social skills. My daughter is excited every week to attend class. I am so impressed with what she is learning to do and she takes risks because the class environment is so safe.
My son who is 2 1/2 really enjoys his class. He looks forward to it every week and I have seen the progress he has made from his first class. At first he didn't want to share shakers or put any of the balls away or even try some of the gym equipment. Now he follows along to the songs and has been exploring on his own more and more.
Our 3.5 year kiddo has mild cerebral palsy, and his class there inspire him to play and use his body in new and spontaneous ways. I like the mix of structured circle/play time and open play time. He has a chance to learn new things and then practice, practice, practice. Honestly, this is our most favorite activity.
Love that every detail was taken care of- activities were lead, (the instructors even remembered every child's name!!) the party room was decorated, snacks we brought were served, clean up was covered. Kids all had a blast and parents all remarked that it was the best party ever. :)
Good mix of structure and free time. Teachers were great with the kids and did most of the grunt work on the day of. The only downfall for us was that 1.5 hours was a little too short. Our time to eat and enjoy cake seemed really rushed and the party ended abruptly with no time for presents. I think 2 hours would be much better.
I like that it was gymnastics class, but not competitive. I also liked all the equipment that's available to the kids, it's a fun and safe environment for them.
I loved our teacher Alex, she was wonderful with the kids, kept the class going, yet teaching and helping at the same time, she's great!!👍😃👍😃
