The people (trainers, participants and owners) make the experience fun! I like working out in a group setting since it pushes me to go beyond what I would do if working out solo in a sweat session. Love THE MAX!
The Max Challenge is so much fun! You never get bored with a different workout everyday. All levels of fitness are welcome. The staff is encouraging and they want to see you succeed. There is also a wonderful sense of community that keeps you coming back for more.
I love the personal attention I get with Max Challenge. If I have any questions or concerns, answers are a text away. I like how each workout is different so I never get bored. And after only 6 weeks my clothes are loose and I have more strength and stamina.
The MAX Challenge has been life changing for me in so many ways! My overall health has improved with the daily fitness and weekly nutrition support. The fitness classes are always different, enjoyable and totally doable for ALL fitness abilities. I started the program after spending nearly 1.5 years mostly sedentary after several injuries. After 18 weeks, I've lost nearly 20 pounds and have improved my energy, strength, and endurance. I now feel confident to keep up with my seven year old kids and know I have a long and healthy life ahead of me!
Highly motivating with unique workouts! The atmosphere is upbeat and everyone wants you to succeed. The meal plans are an added bonus that help navigate nutrition issues.
The workout times are awesome and fit most anyone's work/life schedules! Instructors are upbeat, encouraging and push/encourage you just the right amount. The members seem to all to pick up on the positive energy and no matter your level of fitness, you will always find encouragement and congratulations from instructors and members alike.
I love the atmosphere, the camaraderie between all the ladies whom I am in class with! Stacy is an amazing coach, and honestly.... the reason we all stepped in the door, the changes I am seeing, not only in my weight loss, which has been amazing, but the energy level and mood that I have had lately! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I LOVE everything about the MAX Challenge. I am not a group fitness person, but the nutrition component of the program is what brought me in. I have completely changed my mind about group fitness in the 5.5 short weeks in the program. I love the accountability to my fellow classmates, the super fun and energetic classes, and the variety of what we do in each class. I never know what I'm going to get, but I know it will be a fun and amazing workout. Everyone is so great to be around and I am seeing results!!!
I love the workouts and the community! Each workout is different and accommodations are provided so you can challenge yourself no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
I love that I don’t have the winter blues, I feel so much better, I’m learning to eat cleaner. I love that even though I’m working hard in class, I’m still laughing. I love driving home after my 6 am class and seeing the sunrise. Oh, and of course the whole weight loss, getting stronger thing!
