The Max challenge is a life changing event that once you begin to go to the work outs you don’t want to stop! You feel better and stronger and no that you can do anything. I want to be around to see my grandchildren and great grandchildren. This workout is like no other what ever you thought you knew this one is by far the best and you just want to keep coming back! This has changed my life. When I can not go for unforeseen reasons I know it will still be there and I will return when I can.

I have been a member of the Max Challenge FH or almost two years. I am still just as excited to go each day. I have never done the same work out twice. The owner, manager, staff and members all become one big genuine family. The motivation is constant. The program of exercise and nutrition works. If you are bored with your work out or cannot get your diet under control and are looking for a fun, loving environment the MAX is the place for you. Just try it!!

The "Cheers bar" mentality of everyone is welcome and matters is enlightening and encourages me to get up and go even on those tough mornings when I don't want to get up. Quickly, I think "but I will miss my workout buddies!" The positivity makes me feel warm and like I belong. It's also wonderful that no 2 days are the same workout. And the added benefit of working out in teams or partners keeps you motivated to keep on moving! Overall, the Max Challenge of Fairless Hills is one big motivating, positive family!

I love EVERYTHING about the Max! From the support, encouragement, and motivation of the instructors to the challenging and never exactly duplicated workouts (been coming a year and a half and have never been to the exact same workout!) and lets not forget the new friendships being formed!

Everyday new exercises are being used. The instructors are ambitious, dedicated and supportive. They make each class fun while working out. No intimidation no matter what level of exercise you do. Such a wonderful positive atmosphere by everyone.

So far, I am in my second week at the max. It is much easier to show up then it was at other gyms. It is so much fun I often wonder if I will meet my goal because I'm used to the gym being such a chore. Really enjoying it so far!
