Best classes I’ve ever attended hands down! Always different, always challenging, always rewarding! I have never left a class thinking I wasted my time. The atmosphere is fabulous- the trainers keep you motivated, know your name and are great at giving different ways of doing an exercise if you need it. I have made great friends too! Love love love the Max!!
I love the people, it is a community and we all support each other. There is always encouragement and positive attitudes, no judgement, just everybody working together to become fit and healthy.
The support from the trainers and members, the variety of workouts each day, the focus on both nutrition and exercise and the commitment to improvement (new equipment, new trainers, etc.).
My class regulars keep me accountable to daily exercise. If I’m trying to lose weight or just maintain weight and stay healthy the nutrition plan works.
