I’ve been a member for over 2 years now. I won my first challenge and have lost 76 pounds. I love the trainers, owner and the whole program, not to mention all of my fellow members (friends)
The instructors are wonderful and the program is amazing. I love the modifications for the exercises and how everyone can work to their abilities! I am so excited I joined and look forward to the daily class!
It's hard to zero in on one thing that I love about The MAX. I love my fellow maxers, I love the trainers, I love the ever-changing, ever-challenging workouts and I love my progress. The thing that I am most grateful for is that I have learned to love my imperfections while working through them. No longer do I give up; I keep showing up and working my hardest!

I love the commitment and energy of the instructors. Also their encouraging words provide stimulus to keep going & to stay focused on the goal. The program is really good as it works every part of your body. Our Manahawkin group is extremely friendly & has a family atmosphere. It’s a pleasure to go there and see so many determined people who offer inspiration.
This is exactly what I needed... something to commit to and get myself back in the shape I want to be in and feel better about myself. I like how it’s not intimidating and everybody is so nice.
It's not a typical gym. It's like meeting with family. They keep me motivated and wanting to better myself. Not only physically but mentally also. They set the tone for the remainder of the day...happy, fit & ready to take on the day!
Instructors inspire to meet and exceed challenges and goals. They keep you on the right path, understanding periodic roadblocks and helping you through them, offering alternatives to keep goals in sight.
