I love the varied workouts we get 5 days a week. The instructors change the workouts and create themes to keep the workouts interesting and fun. The personnel truly care about our progress and are supportive in every way.
Max Challenge is the best thing I have ever done. I am stronger, more confident and made so many friends. It’s like a personal trainer but with your friends. Can’t believe it’s been over a year and a half. Still going strong and never bored.
I LOVE the family style atmosphere. I'm not just a number on a spread sheet with an up to date payment. Also LOVE the accountability!!
Just awesome experience all around
I joined Max 5 weeks ago. I needed to get back in shape and wanting a program that would help me with the right nutrition and fun exercises for that total mind body connection. When I joined, the atmosphere was very welcoming, trainers and members alike. I have actually started talking to my patients and employees about trying this program if they have the means. I am the person that I can only speak if I've tried it myself and by trying this program I can definitely say I'm not on a diet rather I am making a lifestyle change for myself.
What I love most about The Max Challenge is that it's not just an exercise program or a diet. The program is all encompassing and becomes a life style change. I eat healthier and focus more on my health and exercise as a priority. This program improved my health so much that I was able to come off of blood pressure and cholesterol medication. I would recommend it to everyone.
I was visiting Philadelphia and went to MS Max. Made us feel very welcome. Similar workout experience to my normal routine in Montclair Max. (Better playlist though!!)
