I have been part of several gym programs and boot camps, everywhere I was struggling with consistency, determination and motivation. After joining Max Challenge things have changed completely for me, there are so many people and trainers who motivate, inspire and push you.
It has fitness and nutrition and a great support staff, not like a gym where everything is on your own. Whenever you have a question either the staff or fellow members are there with advice. I think its a great program.
I love that THE MAX Challenge includes both a comprehensive nutrition and exercise program. I also love that the exercise program varies each day and contains elements of a variety of different types of exercises (HIIT, Strength Training, Cardio, Kickboxing, etc...), which makes every day unique and exciting.
Give a lot motivation physical and mentally , love all trainers they support you a lot. And in my case I lost 30 lbs and inches. I have another family different blood, and friends . Love it .
As a member coming since September, I have been really pleased with the workouts and the progress I have made. I love the variety of workouts and how each day there is a different focus which keeps things interesting! I really like the modifications of the workouts due to my arthritis. The trainers are very inspiring and I enjoy the team spirit and bonding that’s required in the team work outs. I’m looking forward to learning more about nutrition and love how the Max incorporates that in their overall program.
It makes YOU a better YOU. The Max changes the way that you believe in yourself, gives you hope and the rest of the Max family (members) gives you that faith that you can overcome the negativity that stands in our way. I CAN I WILL!!! TAKE IT TO THE MAX
