Repair work is excellent and done without delay. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and is most helpful in purchasing a new bike. I was impressed that they had excellent knowledge of my past history with the shop. Everyone appears to be customer friendly.

First time bringing my bike in for a repair here. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it but they were super knowledgeable and spotted the issue almost immediately. They were prompt and I received my bike the same day/time they said it would be ready. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Happy I came here— hopefully I won’t need any more repairs but if I do, this would be the first place I bring it to.

I find the people that work there are knowledgeable, kind and patient. When you go back to pick up whatever you dropped off they’ll explain what the repair included and what the pricing came to. I found the whole experience excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
