The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Everyone clearly likes bikes. The service providers are all experts and will often give a range of options at solving a problem. In one case, an expensive derailleur that was showing all signs of failure was resurrected and is still working years after a simple cleaning remedied the problem. I've been a customer since 2019 and always feel welcome have always been competently treated.
