Jeff has been up front with everything that we needed on our bikes . He even had us take a test ride on the bikes we were interested in purchasing. He worked with us on pricing, as we were buying two bikes from him of the same type. He has even called to set up a delivery to our home for the both bikes. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with purchasing an E bike or regular bike.

I wish I could rate my experience as a 20 out of 10. Jeff stayed WAY past closing to make sure I was able to pick up the bike I ordered for my husband’s birthday. After experiencing one mishap after next getting my car set up for the bike rack, arriving at Montclair Bikery and being helped by Jeff was a good send. He patiently helped me with the bike rack that I had half put together and troubleshooted all of the nuiances so patiently. After all was said and done the bike was too big for my husband but Jeff and Tami made the exchange process extremely smooth. I highly recommend Montclair Bikery. The Bikery is not just a job to them but a lifestyle that they put their hearts and souls into.
