What I like about the products and services at the Pedaler is that I have access to original parts to keep my bicycles on the road and operating very well. My history with the Pedaler started in 2017 and has been steady and true ever since. The staff have always made time to listen to what I wish to accomplish on my bikes and keep me rolling. I have bought 5 bikes from them for myself and family over the years. We all have been happy with every purchase. I will continue to work with them to support cycling by me and my family.

Calvin was super helpful and encouraging in helping me purchase spokes to relace my own wheel. Also, while I was there a gentleman came in asking for a new inner tube to be put on his e-bike but he had already patched it and it was holding air. The Pedaler crew told him that if it is holding air, he did a good job and it would be an unnecessary expense to install a new tube right now. Also, that morning I rode with a friend who said the Pedaler service crew was what kept him on the road for many years and he is looking forward to many more years in the saddle. The Pedaler is a great, local bike shop and I feel lucky to have them so close by.

In the process of rebuilding a 2013 bicycle and I just couldn't get the indexing of the gears correct and brought it The Pedaler, they quickly diagnosed a couple of issues with deraileur alignment, both front and rear, and were able to quickly repair the issue quicker than the promised turn-around time. Costs are very reasonable for making the bike just work and be safe on the road. I will definitely be bringing my bike back to The Pedaler for any future repairs. Great team, great service, and just a good LBS. Thanks, Guys!!
