The service was amazing. On Saturday July 20, My boyfriend and I were shopping around in the area to potentially buy an electric bike. We saw the Peddler shop and decided to stop there. The store was busy with customer, there were 2 staff members as they had 2 employees call out sick that day. The 2 staff members that were there regardless how busy they were gave their full attention to every single customer in the store including answering our 100 of questions with patience, kindness and respect. We were so pleased with the customer service we ended up purchasing our bikes from this shop. They even offered us fresh cut watermelon. I would highly recommend going to the Peddler bike shop. The store has almost everything you need for your bike.

On the spur of the moment, we brought in a used bike just purchased by my wife that had a few problems. Luckily the store was quiet and Calvin was able to help us. He quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them all within 30 min. So grateful for his positive attitude and expert help

Everything. You know what you’re talking about, focused on exactly what I wanted, and got it done for me ASAP. Don’t know what more I could expect. Oh. And the EV bike Ingot is REALLY, REALLY cool for this 75 year old, going on 16!!
