Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff! I am always in and out quickly regardless of how busy it is... Honest service- I've been here on more than one occasion and have been told I either do not need the service requested (and the minor adjustments needed were done free!!!) or given alternative options that do would not benefit their sales (they explained I could solve an issue with $5 tape rather than purchase new parts). Amazing! I'm a customer for life ;)

Excellent customer service they’re very nice. Came in last minute to fix my bike. The technician did everything I wanted him to do and more! Gave good advice and sold me some good products thank you! I will be back!

Mechanic was great and super friendly. The guy working the counter however was not as friendly and didn’t seem like he really wanted to help. It felt like he begrudgingly helped me after initially ignoring me when I walked in. There was someone else waiting to be helped and he offered to help them, and when that person pointed out I was first, he kind of looked at me and proceeded to do go do something else. He came back and tried to help the other person again, and that other person reminded him I was first, at which point he finally helped me, but didn’t seem happy about it.

great service, and care taken with my bike during my recent tune up. I was informed of all found issues with a price estimate for repairs before work was undertaken. I highly recommend the pedaler, and I'm grateful that it's my nearest bike shop
