The customer service was great, we were aloud to take the bike up hills to test the power. Noe was very knowledgeable explaining the bike I purchased. He was very patient with all our questions. The store has so many options to choose from.

Over and above! Brought my bike in for some squishy disc brakes and found a number of other things that I hadn't realized were also needing some attention. When I took the bike out next it was a totally different and better experience. I also witnessed someone come in with a chain that fell off and they didn't know how to put it back on. Instead of coming up with some charges the staff just put it back on and tested the shifter to make sure it wasn't over traveling. Had him out the door in <2 min no charge.
