I bought my specialized turbo levo from you about four years ago and every time I need anything or to order a replacement part, the guys are super helpful and proactive about getting it done. You offer an amazing selection of options as well as complete customization of every selection, which makes my purchase feel personal. We were in to buy my daughter her first 20" bike with training wheels and your staff sized, checked, and cleaned the bike to match her height. We even got some sparkle ribbon added to the handle bars that my daughter loved. It was an amazing experience for her and we have been riding the bike every day since we purchased it. We can't wait to further customize our bike as she gets better and we will definitely be making all of our purchases from your shop. This was a way better price and experience than going to a big-box store or purchasing from online, plus I feel better knowing I'm buying local and supporting our community shops! Best bike shop EVER!
