I called about a rear flat and they quoted something different when I came into the store. The employee was nice to match the quote that was given over the phone, so I appreciated that. They fixed a rear flat in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely return.

Excellent in-store service. Calvin was very helpful discussing bike options and there was no pressure to buy at all. I could have bought the same bike elsewhere without waiting but because of Calvin's attentiveness I decided to stick with the more local shop and wait a couple of weeks to order the bike.

I like the competent, friendly service. I have been sorta disappointed because several months back I had my bike worked on and now, several months later, it dawned on me that I have had to have everything redone, that was done on that first service. I wish I could tell you who worked on my bike that first time because they are not doing you any favors. They need training or maybe bike maintenance is no their thing? But still, not enough to make me stop coming - I'm a loyal customer. Bring back Josh! Or, someone just like him :) He was a great tech person - listened well and took the time to figure out just what was wrong w/ my bike and make it great again. I tell everyone I know who has a bike to come to the Peddler to get great service.
