I have purchased all of my bikes from the Pedaler. I find the staff insightful about their bikes and knowledgeable about what works for me, especially Calvin. I have arthritis in my hands, but love to ride the roads. Every bike I've purchased has been accommodated to my needs for shifting. The team at The Pedaler works to find the right equipment to make that happen. They provide 2 free tune ups after the bike is purchased to make sure that the bike continues to perform at its best. They can be a busy shop, but they always seem to make time for their customers. Sometimes its best come in the morning, they can be quite busy in the afternoon.

Exactly what you hope for from your LBS. Decent, down to earth people who work hard to see folks get on bikes and be outside. After I purchased my helmet Calvin just casually glanced at my bike, noticed a lack of tension in my derailleur, adjusted it, and thanked me for dropping by. 100% my bike shop for everything bike related going forward. Can’t wait to take my kids here when they’re ready!

I customer since Jeff started the business but moved away 9 years ago. When I called and came in I was treated like I never left. Noe, Calvin and Matt were all very helpful and I was able to wait while they rebuilt my hub and adjusted the shifting .
