Calvin is extremely friendly and helpful. At my last visit to the shop He provided a practical economical solution to our bike repair while giving us all the options without trying to upsell us. Everyone I've dealt with at the peddler has been friendly and passionately knowledgeable. The prices are competitive. I love going to the peddler and love supporting this local small business.

The team are friendly and have incredible recommendations and a passion for what they do. And they do it exceptionally well. I took my bike for a tune up to a different vendor that was closer to my home as I had moved since visiting the Pedaller shop before. Bad idea. The other bikeshop did not fix my bike and never responded to follow up emails. Needless to say, I drove the extra 10 miles (which I should have done from the start!) and the team at the Pedaller had my bike like new within a day. Thank you!

The ability to talk to a knowledgable bike technician about a specific thing and get an expert answer. I was looking to see if I could fit larger tires to a track bike I have, which was currently running 23mm tires, but wanted to move up, but the chainstays are super narrow. Took it in to the Pedlar and Calvin was able to look at the bike and be confident that 25mm's would fit, they had them in stock and even installed them while I waited. Great team, great service, and supporting your local bike shop instead of guessing in the Cloud. Perfect.
