I brought my bike in for a major tune-up. Calvin the mechanic gave me a follow-up call explaining that the most pressing work needed would be cheaper if I got it done on a task-specific basis rather than paid for the overall tune-up. So The Pedaler ended up saving me money, getting the work done quickly and efficiently, and getting me back on the bike as scheduled!

Great shop. First time visiting. I was very pleased to meet and speak with Calvin, who shows a wide and deep appreciation of cycling. He understood what I was trying to do with the bikes I already have and didn't try to railroad me towards buying a new one like so many shops do. Instead, he offered consultation on the compatibility of modern parts and I left optimistic about freshening up my favorite bikes.
