I had to replace a new seat I bought for a ride that day. I thought I could do it but it was more complicated than I thought. I called and they said they could do it.. Nathan greeted me and helped me by dong the work. He did a great job and I realized I could have never done it alone as the new seat had parts that needed to be removed before the clip from the old seat (bicycle) could attach and hold the new seat in place. Only someone who knows bike could have done this! Thank Nathan for me! Richard
