Dave fit us in quickly and sent the quote on the same day. We were able to scheduled the repair within a couple days after signing the contract. Omar did the repairs and you couldn't ask for a nicer more professional person than Omar.m. We're so very happy with the repairs. Dave is excellent and has been very helpful every step of the way.

Timely response. Technician (Carlos) was here on time; did a great job; was neat & cleaned up after finishing. He was friendly & explained what needed to be done. He also noticed an extra crack and was able to repair it the same day he was here doing the two we had originally contracted for. We appreciated that the third crack was done at the same time. Also appreciate the lifetime warranty and that it is transferrable to new owners should we ever sell this house.

Rob was wonderful explaining what he felt should be repaired and Cristian and Ivan arrived right on time, worked quietly and explained all they had done in the basement including our new battery backup for the sump pump. I would definitely recommend Real Seal and these three gentlemen.

An unexpected 10 inch snowstorm did not stop these guys from doing great job on time as promised. The cold weather and 10 inch blanket of snow didn’t bother this crew for one minute.
