RealSeal has integrity. They are all friendly, show up when they say they will, follow through, and provide peace of mind with their lifetime transferrable warranty. I would recommend RealSeal. In our case, even though it's expensive to repair foundation cracks in general, RealSeal saved us money and repaired the crack without the additional alternations recommended by another company. At the very least, I would recommend getting a quote from RealSeal.

The crawlspace to basement conversion was great! The crew clearly knew what they were doing and paid close attention to detail. For such a large project, we had a lot of anxiety going in, but Real Seal went above and beyond to make sure the project went smoothly. Every contractor and inspector who stopped by was also impressed by their work! If you have a crawlspace want to add square footage to your home (or have a nice new spot to wait out tornados), I highly recommend reaching out to Real Seal about a conversion.
