I had used Real Seal once before to stabilize some cracks in my foundation wall and was very satisfied with their service, which is why I used them a second time. This time Carlos and Jordan came out to do the work. They called when they were on their way and arrived at the scheduled time. We reviewed the work that was needed and they did a great job stabilizing the common wall between my two buildings. When they were finished we reviewed the work again and they cleaned up the work site. Yes, I would hire them again. F. Ramirez

There were permit issues with my city, however, The Real Seal kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening and working towards getting the job rescheduled to accomodate these delays. The individuals who came into my house were polite and made sure things were kept as clean as possible. The work was completed in a timely manner and if there were any questions for me about what was going on they would come to me and show me what they were doing and how it would work. I would definitely use this company again if I ever needed the services they offer.

Paul was great. He did a thorough job determining the work that needed to be done. He explained in detail what he recommended. Omar replaced both sump pumps and put in battery backups. Very pleased with the work he did. The girls in the office were very nice and helpful. Would go to them again if I need any other work done.

Great people, excellent products, and outstanding service. Greg was fantastic. I appreciated how he explained the entire repair process and took the time to answer all my questions—even unrelated ones, like which sump pump brand he recommends. Jorge was also wonderful. He let me watch the entire process, explaining what he was doing and how everything works. As an engineer, I found those technical details fascinating. The pricing is reasonable, and the lifetime warranty gives me complete peace of mind that this company stands behind their work and gets it right the first time.
