All aspects of the project were superior in nature. From the Sales guy Jeff, who listened to me as I explained to him the issues I had, to the technician Carlos, who was very efficient, courteous, and respectful of when I needed to pick up my grandchild from pre-school, to the customer service person in the office.

From the moment we contacted Real Seal we knew they were the company for our project. From Dave, to Susan to Tomas and his crew to Diane and everyone in-between thank you for a wonderful job. We had other estimates, but we just weren't sold on the companies. I seen Real Seals truck doing work on one of our neighbors' houses. I got their information from her, and it was smooth sailing from that point on. The work crew couldn't have been more respectful of my property. They actually swept my driveway when they were done. The recommendations for fixing leaks, cracks, seepage that I received were sound, employees are very professional and knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. I feel like I am being heard and my interactions with everyone at Real Seal feel honest and sincere. I feel like I'm dealing with a small family business that really knows their stuff. In fact, I was offered more and better options for fixing one basement problem than one of the big, highly advertised companies could offer and at a better price. So I would recommend Real Seal to anyone with basement/foundation issues.

We were very pleased with the service we recently received from Real Seal. Every step along the way with this project went smoothly from receiving a quote, scheduling the couple of days that drain tiles would be installed, all the way to the intervention and clean up by the crew.
