I really like the workout structure. There’s a lot of thought out into the workout so you’re combining a strength excercise with cardio and core.
Lots of hip and leg and core is also great for cyclists like me!
I love your REBEL classes and REBEL Iron classes I like how the classes are never the same. What I love the most about REBEL is the trainers. Their knowledge and expertise is what keeps me coming back time after time. Each trainer is personable and you truly feel as though they care about you. I also love the REBEL community. REBEL strengths its community by offering wine tastings, challenges, bloody mary's etc.
