Arny and Sandi are amazing to work with. Arny was diligent and readily available to show us properties. He was a great resource for us since we do not have a lot of experience purchasing residential real estate. I could not recommend Arny more as a realtor! He was so incredibly helpful and encouraging. He also is extremely knowledgeable and knows what to look for in a new house and how to best help you sell a current home. He makes the process much less stressful and even fun! Arny was well connected and had experience that was positive with many of the people we dealt with. His experience and work on our behalf secured the house we have now when the seller originally wasn't willing to consider a contingent offer. He made the house hunting process very enjoyable, and was able to figure out what we liked and were willing to consider. He was also very organized and made it easy to organize our thoughts and ideas for houses. Great recommendation from a friend and we will happily recommend him in the future.
