Sandi's team is very professional and know what they are doing. They give their honest opinions based on what's going on in the market regardless of your thoughts.
Lisa, in particular, is fantastic. She takes copious notes designed to hone in on your dream home. Once she gets an idea of what you want, she streamlines the process, only showing you homes that fit into your criteria. Sometimes the process takes longer than one would like, but in the end, it is worth it. I highly recommend Sandi's group.

We love Lisa! She was very attentive to our needs, was quick to pivot and think through new options, and she did it all virtually in the first set of showings. Once we identified that we wanted a new build, Lisa helped us with the negotiations and more importantly she was tenacious and detail oriented in making sure the house was completed as requested with everything in good order. She is a valued advisor and now a friend!

I would have to say being kept informed by our agent. I learned a lot throughout the way and really got to know Lisa Hendrix. She was always available and energetic. We'd been working with her for over 8 months trying to find the perfect house for our needs. Every time I contacted her she was prompt and seemed truly excited to see houses with us. Even on short notice. She said it was a process and she was right! Timing is everything and sometimes you have to see a few or many in order to know when you've found the right house. She focused on getting to know our needs. And most importantly I never felt rushed. We'd see houses and I think Lisa enjoyed it as much or even more than we did. If Lisa is an example of the kind of people Sandi Pressley's hires then ultimately its agents like herself that make Sandi Pressley an easy choice for finding a new home.
