The man from Sewer Pros showed up on time, cleaned the lateral sewer, and left. It took maybe 30 minutes total. He didn't leave any roots from the sewer on my lawn or anything. I'm very satisfied, although I thought they also ran a camera through the sewer. That hasn't happened the last couple of times I've had them out so I guess they don't routinely do that anymore.
