I knew what I wanted when I went in and the staff helped me to order in what I needed, plus they added in a warranty and free tune up within a year. When my bike came in, they assembled it within a day, let me know immediately and even stayed a few minutes late to guarantee I'd have my new bike that day. What really got me though was the genuine excitement the staff showed about me getting my new bike. They love bikes there and want to make sure you have the best experience with yours.
