The repair dept was highly knowledgeable, excited to talk about my son's bike, diagnosed the issues in front of us, and gave us an expected range of charges for the repair from what we described to high end repair costs for possible issues. Then told us exactly what was done and how much was charged for each part and the time taken for the repair. Fairly priced and a great caring crew!
