The customer service at this shop is beyond outstanding. Since Covid, customer service has taken a serious decline across the board, but not a the Spoke Shop. I was in town for the weekend for work and had two free days to do whatever I wanted. I had hoped to go skiing at Red Lodge, but the snow was terrible so I was searching for something else to do to get me out of the hotel room. I found the Spoke Shop, when googling bike rentals in Billings. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in several ways to insure I had a great experience. Although they are closed on Sundays, they met me there to give me the rental bike, as I did not arrive in Billings until after the store closed on Saturday. In addition, they had set up a e-mountain bike for me in case I wanted an upgrade from the bike I had reserved which was a traditional mountain bike. I chose the e-bike as it was a small price upgrade, but well worth it! The staff even transported me to Zimmerman Park where I began my ride so I didn’t have to bike 600’ in elevation up a narrow winding road! Talk about customer service! They gave me wonderful and accurate directions to the trails at Zimmerman and the Back 9 and I rode over 57 miles in two days. What an wonderful experience, one I hope to repeat in the future as I find myself in Billings several times a year. Please go and enjoy their great customer service whether you are renting or buying a bike!

I just moved back from Missoula to Billings, all my belongings were stolen, I had two nice bikes a Cannondale and a truck 7100, I got a bike given to me from my old roommate and needed work done outa my league with the crank bearings and the wonderful staff paid out of their own pocket for my labor and Evan bought me a second refurbished truck 300 bike and just asked I pay it forward! I felt do blessed to be in the presence of such generous men. Thank you spoke shop employees thank you Juan!
