The people who work there are knowledgeable. They are polite & efficient. I had some repairs done, but, as the kids were growing up, The Spoke Shop was a great place to buy quality bikes that would last for 2-3 kids…not like cheaper bikes that are disposable after 1 kid.

The Spoke Shop employees were so helpful when I bought my Specialized Electric bike. They went over the feature and how everything worked. I did a test drive on two different bikes with one of the employees who answered questions while we rode. I would highly recommend The Spoke Shop if your looking for a new bike.

I’ve always liked this shop for the friendliness and knowledge of the sales staff and the mechanics; plus, they always have a nice selection of bikes and accessories to choose from. If shops don’t have it; they can’t sell it. I’ve always found what I was looking for at The Spoke Shop.

Kyra and the other clerk were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I did not feel that they pressured us into buying extras. The repair shop in the back installed the components we purchased and we were on our way in about a half hour. Great experience.
