We ordered a Aventon bike on line. Bike was still under warranty. The monitor died. Took it to Sports Den and they did the warranty work.

I took my two bikes in to get a tune up. The expected wait time was about 1.5 weeks. They actually were able to get it done in under one week. The services was quick. The customer service was great. Brett answered all questions. He was friendly and professional. Helped me unload and load my bikes. It was a great experience all around
