Mike did a great job of helping my wife and I through the entire process of purchasing an e-bike, the proper rack, along with other accessories. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. He then walked us through the tech involved and even helped pair the bike with my wife’s phone, which we really appreciated. Mike also attached the rack to my vehicle explaining along the way each step. This bike shop also has very competitive pricing. I was also pleased that Mike made sure that we knew about special discounts . Thank you Mike. We will for sure be back if and when I decide to move to an e-bike, after this purchase for my wife.

There is a wide variety of items and very welcoming atmosphere. It can be very imitating walking into a bike shop but it feels very welcoming.
