The representative was very interested in problem resolution—not a quick fix. He shared the history and options to getting my bike repaired properly. I let him know I was traveling the next few days and there was no rush for my bike repair. I received a text / email before I left town that night that the bike was ready. I’m very pleased with the outcome as I’d tried previous repairs with less than optimal results. They were effective and efficient. Thank you Trek Bicycle - The Woodlands!
