Scott Verdekel was great when I came in with my Emonde SL6 with a broken spoke. I thought that I’d have to leave my bike and come back in a few days to a week. I live 2 hours north of the Woodlands which is the nearest Trek Store. Scott took my bike back and jumped right on the repair and I walked out with my bike back in great shape in less than 30 minutes. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable answering my questions. My next purchase will definitely be at this store. My previous visits have been equally pleasant experiences.
The team at Trek in The Woodlands have always been very helpful and work with you to get the best product or service solution without it feeling like the goal was to just sell you something.
Will definitely continue to service my bikes there as well as keep the store and my source for part for what I have along with new bikes I purchase.
I don't remember the gentleman's name who helped us(reddish hair and full beard) but I had just purchased a used bike off of Facebook and I wanted to get a cursory check by a professional to see if anything needed immediate attention. He put it right up on the stand, took it through some shifts and made a list of everything that could be done and everything that should be done. Curtious, professional, and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for anything cycling related. Well done.
Stan was helpful in finding me a bicycle rack that my son’s bike. The shop is always very welcoming, there’s plenty of product, and I appreciate being able to have a sparkling water while I wait for a small repair.
