2. The bill came back exactly what he told me it would cost. Even though, they replaced more
parts than he quoted. Jason said this was because it saved on labor and came out a wash.
3. Everyone takes the time to be courteous, helpful, and explain things.
Jason at Trek in The Woodlands was a huge help. Very kind, friendly, and helpful. Went the extra mile for me to get my bike back in working order. He found and fixed an issue that I wasn’t even aware of and also fixed what I originally came in for. Excellent customer service, he takes pride in what he does.
