I have been going there since it opened 3 years ago. I like the staff, the equipment, the cleanliness and the downtown location. I live within 400 steps of the Y so really like that. I was at the Carlson Y on its first day in April, 1983 so I miss it but the Innovation square y works well for me.

I love the small local feel, BUT we have been asking for 8am Monday yoga for months. There is no early morning class Mondays, and the interest and the instructor is there. Please give us more yoga!

What a great experience! Once I found my way in (that part was tricky) I found a well-maintained facility. I loved looking into a courtyard while on the treadmill. I found the unisex locker set-up really well designed, but I was there at a not busy time.

Clean, safe, easy access, not crowded, staff are very friendly and helpful, free indoor parking. It has exactly what I want and need. What's there NOT to like. I've recommended the Innovation Square Y to almost everyone I know. But many people want more activities that aren't available there. I love the Y at Innovation Square!

It's a calm escape for me! Usually no big crowds, easy access to the eGym machines and weight room which I like to use.
