The teachers - you have my favourites there. Plus the atmosphere is very supportive, light and encouraging.
You get all shapes and sizes and levels of experience and it feels welcoming rather than competitive
Good welcome. Class was very engaging and I never once lost focus of what the teacher was saying and directing. One on one support was good for a beginner like me. Was a challenging class but felt it's something I need to do.

It's a friendly place to come and work out and also a great place to rest the mind and focus. I have benefited from the mental support yoga gives just as much as the physical challenges and strength. I love the range of teachers that run classes at The Yoga Edge too. Each teacher offers a completely different and brilliant experience. I would highly recommend it and in fact have introduced a very good friend who also loves it.
I like the effect the classes have on my body and that I have more mental space and strength as well as physical strength from attending regularly. I like the atmosphere and the friendly teachers and friendly classmates. I like that there are lots of teachers, all with their own style and I like that it's fun.
