don't let Jenny K leave...
add some colour on some of the white walls... maybe a mural
maybe attach the building or company with a charity or community somewhere in the world
reduce the pressure of the tap in the bathroom upstairs
get some merchandise branded... draw string bags, keyrings, mugs, t-shirts
have a pop-up gallery exhibition night every so often... blending yoga, food, fashion, and photography
keep on doing what you're doing
Yogahub is great
I recommend yogahub all the time to people. I love it. It is a big financial commitment though and I always have to include that caveat. For me it’s well worth it but I get other people have different things that they love to do.
I love the space and the vibe of yogahub but sometimes I think the studios are too packed with people. I also think that sometimes the flow classesdon't have enough flow to them sometimes if that makes sense.
There was a lot of noise coming through to studio down stairs at yin workshop on Saturday from cafe. Also cafe closed early as ran out of food so we couldn't get lunch after. Everything else is great though🙌😀
I love the culture and class time availability. If I had any recommendations I would love if there was more locations on the North side (possibly Swords/Malahide)
Aside from that I think the set up is brilliant!
Offer the €89 monthly membership outside of a 30 day contract and payable by cash. It would be handier to pay in cash for some people but to pay in cash costs €30 at this moment in time. Which doesn’t seem very fair. People tend to shy away from contracts where they feel tied in.
I really think that you should have night classes on Thursdays and Fridays.
I personally finish work every day at 7 pm and I would love if I could practice on Thursdays and Fridays at 8.30 pm.
Another option would be to have another membership, cheaper, for just 3 times a week. :)
