Love the pace - so varied for all abilities, feel of complete lack of judgement
All of the instructors are so observant but let you do your own thing while practising, the feeling afterwards sets the tone for a whole day or evening !
Absolutely love the sauna and cold plunge after the class
First time in a long time that I have felt a sense of control over myself my mind and my body.
Sylvio ....only class I got to yoga hub for as it's out of my way. but I adore his classes. faster paced and more challenging than my normal class but I really enjoy it. Also I enjoy that there is someone at the door who is very kind and helpful and that you can rent a mat last minute. very enjoyable yoga . Thank you
The classes are always punctual, with highly qualified instructors who accompany and guide us through each exercise. I've tried going to the gym many times, but I always gave up due to lack of motivation, something that doesn't happen now and I've already seen a big change in my body in the first month. I've been practicing Reformer Pilates. I highly recommend it!!
Kate made my first class very enjoyable, easy to follow, an helped calm my nervousness! Any staff member I encountered were so lovely, and I intend to make the classes part of my monthly routine :)
Hello! I really enjoy the atmosphere at the Camden location. To improve the experience further, I'd love to suggest:
Reinstating 1-hour sessions: For the Hot classes in particular, 50 minutes feels a bit rushed. The full hour ensures we have enough time for a safe and effective cooldown.
9:00 AM Saturday Hot Classes: I highly value the 9:00 AM Saturday Hot Pilates slot and would love to see a 'Hot' class maintained in that specific time period.
Apart from that all is good. The person at reception it's always kind. Marcus keeps the sauna and studios tidy. I'm very happy with my experience :)
