Tom's expertise shined throughout the search and purchase of the new home, as well as the selling of our existing home. It was a difficult market and we as buyers had very specific requirements for our new home. Tom worked with us to identify potential candidates and gather our feedback until the perfect home came on the market. He correctly helped us to determine the best offer for the home, and held our hands throughout the negotiation, inspection and closing. Once closed he became our selling agent. To say that he handled the selling experience perfectly is probably an understatement. He identified some potential problem areas and recommended companies that could quickly correct the issues. He even fixed an issue with the refrigerator leaking water into the basement. The line had been compromised on the back of the appliance, Tom identified and repaired the issue. His recommendations for resources to repair and address issues in both houses did outstanding work, for a fair price. We've sold and purchased multiple homes in our life, but from a agent perspective we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Tom was patient with us, as we probably needed a little more assistance than we have in the past. We;re thankful we had such a great agent to help us through this process.
