Ron and Kelly were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We felt at ease with them from the beginning when they came in to evaluate the property and give their experienced assessment. They were verry prepared with an abundance of data and neighborhood comparisons. Ron and Kelly's prediction of the value of the house was spot on compared to the final sale. Ron understood the tenderness needed when marketing an elderly clients home knowing that it has been the family gathering place for the last sixty years. Kelly made everything efficient and transparent during the closing. I can't thank them enough for the comfort they conveyed during the entire process.

Tom was awesome! He helped my parents purchase their first home and when I decided to finally try this whole "adulting" thing (it's a trap, don't do it if you can avoid it) and purchase my first place it was a no brainer to ask him first. Tom was super patient and walked me through everything, and was always ready and willing to stop and explain. On top of that, with his guidance, I found an awesome place super quick - the only bummer of which meant that I didn't get to spend as much time with him as I otherwise would have liked as I managed to learn a ton and enjoyed his company. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
