Thomas’ professionalism, availability, home realty knowledge and personality are all aspects that any home buyer can expect to experience and rely on in working with him. This gentleman goes out of his way to make every step of the home buying process clear, comfortable and stress-free with a relaxed, down to earth and super- friendly demeanor. Through the process, we looked at many homes l was interested in. Thomas was always well-prepared and knowledgable in advance of each visit, regarding every aspect of each of the homes, candid in sharing the pros and cons of the homes based on his investigation and exploration, inside and out. I learned things about homes and properties that l would never have learned on my own, and felt extremely fortunate to reap the benefits of his wisdom and expertise. As a result, l feel more aware and knowledgable regarding my new home purchase. Simply put, Thomas Tait is an outstanding realtor who enjoys his work just as much as he enjoys the clients who are lucky enough to call him their home buying professional!

I have worked with Tom since 2013, he has helped me sell 3 houses and buy 2 houses. I would absolutely recommend him for any real estate need. He is very informed about the buying /selling process, as well as a vast knowledge about mechanical/plumbing/electrical systems, home construction, and landscaping. He is very responsive, and is intent on keeping the transaction going smoothly and on schedule.

It’s overwhelming to clear and sell the home of a loved one, especially when that home is 5 hours away. Tom Tait was recommended as hard working, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way he could. He proved himself to be that and more. His first visit – long before any commitments were made - was a lesson in required steps to get the house ready for sale, current market conditions and local regulations, all spot-on. He supplied the names of surveyors, electricians, plumbers and carpenters during the busiest of seasons when my random requests for service went unanswered. He explained contracts and proposals and never failed to respond to questions or concerns. In short, he made an incredibly difficult and emotional task go smoothly and successfully. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s an absolute gem!

Tom is a master at what he does. He is everything a realtor should be. He is personable, knowledgeable, and always has his clients' best interest in mind. He asks the right questions to determine what it is you're looking for. He's detail oriented and brings up a lot about the property that often gets missed by excited buyers such as snow removal, traffic, fire departments, utility options, etc. We always felt that we were in great hands with Tom as our agent

Tom has excel follow thru, and is very knowledgeable about the process of buying/selling homes. He has many local connections to offer such as attorneys, contractors, photographers, etc. Tom also has extensive knowledge of residential mechanical, plumbing, electrical which was most helpful when touring homes. I have worked with Tom selling two homes, buying two homes, will be working with him to sell another home.

Tom was just so thorough, especially in advising us about preparations to sell our house. He followed up every detail for us, kept us informed and was always in touch. We had some special circumstances in our home due to illness and he consistently found a way to accommodate us. We felt confident in his advice and direction and would not hesitate to work with him again. We’re pretty sure he’s the main reason our house sold so quickly and above asking.

Tom is an amazing realtor! He cares more about you as a person and that you find the right home than he does about making a sale. He was extremely patient and thorough as we looked at many houses. He asks about what you need for your family in a house and when going through the houses points out those things that would fit your needs or might not. Things that I would have missed. He helps you with all the paperwork and is always available to answer your questions. My situation was unique in that it took an extremely long time from contract to closing due to some issues on the seller’s side. Tom was my advocate during the arduous process and encouraged me during the long wait. I highly recommend him whether you are selling or buying at home.
